How to Purchase Your Gift Certificate
1. Determine what works best for your budget by viewing our residential pricing page or by calling or texting our office for a free consultation at 585.851.8574. We offer a simple email gift certificate where you can pay for the whole cleaning or just part of it!
2. Send the email to yourself or to the recipient’s email. An email will be sent instantly with the instructions on how to redeem it through our online booking.

Gift Certificate FAQ
Q. How do I use my certificate to pay for service?
You can redeem by scheduling online, and mentioning your gift certificate in the additional information field on our booking page.
Q. Can I use my gift certificate multiple times?
Yes, we work with our clients to make sure that certificates are used to till the balance is depleted, however if more than one cleaning is required to use the amount left on the card you may be required to pay for additional time up to a total of $75.00 for our minimum cleaning/trip rate.
Q. How can I tell what balance I have remaining on my Gift Certificate?
Your cleaning technician will update your certificate with your remaining balance. Or you can always contact our office.
Q. Are my Gift Certificates refundable, or transferable?
Due to the nature of gift certificates we are unable to refund any gift certificates that have been purchased more than 30 days prior to the purchase date, and can only be redeemed by the purchaser or the individual the gift was intended for.
Q. Do gift certificates have an expiration date?
Your gift certificates are good for the full value up to 12 months from the date of purchase, any remaining balance that has not been used within those 12 months will begin to incur a non use fee each of 25% of the total remaining balance for each month they are not utilized.
